My target during the stay at Hotel Kalina was to immerse myself in the authentic Bulgarian experience. I was delighted with everything, but what stood out the most was the traditional Rhodope dishes served in the cozy restaurant. The Patatnik with white cheese was a true culinary delight that shouldn't be missed. I am truly grateful for the unforgettable experience at this charming hotel.
